Alty away, in the land of chips and gravy! We've a new signing to play as well as hopefully a reaction to the Horsham cup performance!

And a coachload of Wanderers fans to cheer them on.

Hoping for a big reaction to last weekend, Carter in from the start for me and I've gone for a win on the poll!

I have gone for the win too. Hopefully the lads will raise their performance this week. Let's hope it doesn't rain on Saturday, as I am assuming we are on the open terrace behind the goal.

I'll have a Guinness

@steve1966 Love it, Steve. Yeah we will be open terrace behind the goal, same as last year. We were joined by a load of BOA fans there last season, and it was the game where Marc told the players to clap the fans after we'd been thumped 4-1 🙁

Two points out of Altrincham & Bromley would be good, 3 points great, 4 points awesome ... 😀 .. 6 points dreamland 🤣

Looks like no Kuhl or Philpot as they've gone out on loan. Isaac has gone to Raynes Park Vale it seems but not sure where Kuhl is off to.

Good to hear that McManus is back though!

BTW David, you've got your geography mixed up.  People in Cheshire don't put gravy on their chips - they are much too posh for that.

You are getting them confused with the heathen Lancastrians!

@calvertskans Kuhl has gone to Farnborough - not sure for how long though.

@jlamps Good luck to him! Needs regular minutes and hopefully he's back in January.

It may be Cheshire but it is also in Greater Manchester, and they certainly do put gravy on there chips there (they did last season in the chippy opposite the ground - albeit it is optional of course!)

@dorking-eagle

And worth mentioning that it's entirely possible to enjoy this culinary delight down south. Simply order chips and a pot of curry sauce from your local Chinese takeaway, pour, sit back and enjoy.

Or just make it yourself of course.

Looking forward to a full coach and a big northern Wanderers contingent.
Alty were strange last season from the little I saw - great at home but pretty weak at Meadowbank. Lost a few players I think. But flying at the moment. I’d take a draw.

last year we got up there before the ground opened! Nearby pub did not let us down, nor did Marc. He paid for pie and pint (not curry sauce mind).
