Anyone know who updates the News  and March Reports Section of the website? Are they are on holiday as I noticed it has not been updated for two weeks now and there has been no match report  since the Leatherhead game, and no preview since the Redhill game. Are they just relying on quick tweets on Twitter?

I would guess that there haven't been match reports for several of the games because there has been no volunteer willing to write them.

Quite a few of the longstanding (and much loved) volunteers gave up last season, which is a shame.

Be interesting what sort of things get cut back this season, the away coaches are more expensive, no teamsheets, price of food and drink in the ground has gone up, no reduction in ticket prices though. Did the players we kept on get a wage cut, as attendances are likely to be down this season with a fraction of last seasons away numbers expected? They have fancy new training facilities, seems a bit OTT when we last got promoted training on 2 nights a week after all.

Do expect the club to cut its cloth though, lets hope no needless gestures buying all the visiting fans a beer each this year!

I'm not sure we had any match reports for pre-season games last season did we? I can't see any in the News section on the website.

For the games I miss I ask a couple of friends who went and watch the post match interview with Marc. 99% of the time Marc is very honest about when we've not been great - he will say so.

I see we are getting match reports for the B games now, but no report from the Truro game.  Looks like will have to rely on post match interviews with Marc instead, but they don't tell me who plays or scores. I have seen this with Crawley recently too. It is quicker to post an interview than write a report. At least Crawley do a report later and you can always rely on the Crawley Observer on line report.

Hopefully it was just the Truro game that was the issue and that we were lacking staff due to long distance, summer holidays, etc. I assume it will be somewhat back to normal from this weekend onward.

On a side note, I believe Bunch of Amateurs are releasing episodes of the matches only a few weeks after the actual matches this season. So you won't have to wait long to see extended highlights/footage.
