Anyone know the best way to get news of the 2nd Qual draw? Is it live anywhere?

Don't think it is live anywhere but it is published at 1pm online tomorrow.

Yeah they don't show the draw or broadcast it at all, it just gets done during the morning and then published at 1, and invariably the FA website crashes with all the people trying to log on and download the list of games!

Ollie Bayliss on twitter is usually VERY fast at getting it uploaded, sometimes I think he gets it in advance as long as he doesn't publish it before 1.

Not really sure who I want in the draw as there are still replays to come, they don't publish the zone lists in advance, and chances are I will be at a last visit to Everton's Goodison Park on the day (unless by some miracle the FA Cup game is on a day other than the Saturday due to a groundshare etc)

I just hope we avoid:

Any NLS Club

Horsham

Totton

Walton & Hersham

Dartford (not sure if they're in our zone)

Lewes

Havant

Ramsgate

Dover

I am going to predict that we get South Park away.

@adeb Fortunately, I don't think they are in our zone so we can't draw them at this stage.

Not sure how much more luck we can have than Hayes & Yeading and Horsham 😅

Could this finally be the year JP9 plays in the 1st round proper?

In theory it's no harder than last year in that although we start 2 rounds earlier, probability is they will more than likely be step 3 or lower in 2QR

@dorking-eagle I actually think it's almost as important as promotion. Especially if we got a big TV draw....

Hahaha, of course - Horsham (A)

Could have been worse in that we could have got an NLS side I guess but that really isn't ideal at this stage...

Last season's game the ground capacity was 2000 and they gave us a pathetic allocation of 200

It subsequently increased by another 1000. I sincerely hope for a fairer allocation this time around.

Be interesting if they segregate, I doubt it to be honest but if they are getting such a big crowd they really should.

FFS. What were the chances...

Interesting to see how many players remain/are likely to start and are not scarred following last year's debacle.

Edit: Just checked - Cook, Ottaway, Blair and Seagar all gone

@adeb People forget that we were missing Craig, Fuller, McManus, Moore, Bowerman, Muitt, McShane and Rutherford for that game last season. McShane and Moore will miss the game this time, as will Kuhl and Camp but everyone else should hopefully be back. Plus we've signed Carter, JNW, Murphy since then as well.

Do feel like we need another signing or 2 in the next week or so though.

The players won't get a better chance than this to put right what happened last season and make it back to the fans.

At an absolute minimum I would expect us to grab a draw there and then get the job done at Meadowbank.
