I think in a recent post match interview (not yesterday's) Marc said a few players had played their last game of the season for us.

At the time he said it I thought it was similar to when Marc dismissed playing Pybus again a month or so ago on the basis we hadn't got time to get him up to speed (either fitness, learning the 'patterns' or both)

No idea but seems odd as I was hoping he would replace Josh Taylor for the Worthing game.

Marc was almost certainly talking about Jack Young in that post match as he was absolutely atrocious in that first half. Just hasn't looked the same player since Josh Taylor came back in to the side and since he picked up that hamstring injury.

I was really surprised that Williams hasn't been involved these last couple of weeks. He had a poor game away at St Albans and seems to have been punished as a result. However, I do think we will see him come back in to the squad this weekend/next week as he is by far the better option to Young for that position. Francomb looked decent in the middle though so I assume he will stick with him and Taylor as the starting midfield partnership in the playoffs.

I had it confirmed to me yesterday that Williams is still at the club and not injured so I agree a bit odd not to see him involved. Pybus is apparently not match fit yet. 
Francombe did a good job in that role I thought. But we looked so much better balanced with JNW on the left - should be a starter for me.
