Couldn't resist;

BTW - that's with us losing at Worthing but otherwise unbeaten with draws against Torquay, Maidstone and B'Wood.

Couldn't bear to think about losing at Worthing, you know its probably going to be all ticket and packed out. We'd grind out a draw there surely.

An interesting predictor but it assumes only 1 loss between Dorking and Worthing for the rest of the season.  Almost all matches seem to be pretty tight, so I reckon there will be plenty of dropped points for everyone between now and end of season. Am sticking to 85/86 points being enough to win the league. Whatever happens, it is going to be a hell of a day out at Worthing!

Anyone any idea how many tickets we'd get at Worthing? What did they do in the play offs last year?

Interestingly, the predicted table on Football Web has Truro winning the league with 88 points, and Dorking 2nd on goal difference to Worthing (both 87). Torquay are 7th with 82 points, so they reckon it will be tight.

LAST season, for their home games when Worthing segregated they gave away fans an uncovered standing area around one corner of the ground. wasn't a good spot at all.

I went to their home game against Yeovil in the autumn of last season and that was the arrangement. Yeovil brought about 400 that day and it looked a tight squeeze in the away bit with lots of Heras fencing to form the segregated areas.

I don't know what the arrangements were for the play off final against Braintree.

Since then, Worthing have built a very decent looking cover along the whole length of that long side, and I would hope that away fans get at least a decent section of it.

Worthing fan here in peace!

In terms of our game its 99% likely to be segregated our new capacity is 4,000 which would be great to see a sell out and if we are still in the title race by then I can see it happening (We had 15000 people try to buy tickets for a our play off final last season)

In regards to the away end afraid to say its most likely be the bit the behind Woodside road end which is not the best and think holds 400-600, I would assume 95% of your current fans wont have gone to our ground before as last games at Woodside you guys used to travel with around 25 fans for our trophy game and less than that in our last league meeting at Woodside so it really shows how far you have come as a club when you no doubt sell out our away end! So for the 25 odd  who has been since you last played us will see with have done loads of work on the ground with 2 new stands, new fan zones club shop etc

In terms of league predictions I still see us coming 3rd/ 4th no one at the club expected us to where we are after rebuilding the team at the start of season, personally would have taken 7th so I am loving the ride so far.

Here's hoping for a large sell out Crowd and a decent game for all!

Welcome Worthingfan and thanks for the info! Looking forward to our visit, just a shame it will be segregated as it's a nice bar under your main stand!

Would be nice to even get a section of that new side terrace too.

aside from the play off final pre stand we are yet to get anywhere near an away end sell out, so it may be that they use 1/3 of the stand for away fans and have them use the catering and loo's in that corner, if not im afraid is food vans and Portaloo's which understandably we get a lot of negative reviews on as its not great, however the view is not bad as its a steepish terrace.

If we do somehow go up its something as a club we need to sort out for sure.

You guys know more than anyway how quick things have to change when you rise the leagues, I remember our first visit to Westhumble when two thirds of the Crowd was Worthing fans and there was only caned beer and no hot food, to go from that to what we saw on boxing day was a complete turn around.
