I have had a response. If it was electronic then it should have been emailed to you. 

Plastic to collect will be at the club - but as David said, any further issues then contact Ollie as he is back next Monday.

I opted what I thought was too late for a plastic card, but haven’t had an email with the electronic version and hadn’t realised plastic ones were available.  Will try Ollie again next week.
