There are brilliant people at the club on the senior committee - Kris his right hand man, Jason who knows so much about stadium planning (and was COE of Dorking FC), Jordan at the Academy, Alan the Secretary, Lisa who brings in commercial business, a new financial board, then the various management of the various matchday operations, food, drink, hospitality and so on.

It is easy from the outside to think it is a one man band, but it is actually a huge operation with plenty of other 'big cogs' turning all the time.

I agree so maybe the club should stop with the video's behind the scenes and keep a low profile and hopefully get back to winning ways.

@dorking-eagle I love the idea of some more of the staff on the Podcast. Shining a light on all the hard work they do would be great to listen to.

Good to see and hear from Ross and he came across well. Also, it highlights again the transitional period we are in and the lack of time to work with the players (relative to other NL teams) ... but we can see what the next steps are and it seems an exciting time
