This weekend we face a bottom of the league Weymouth side who have not won in the league since early November. We faced them in similar circumstances earlier in the season but that day they came away 2-1 winners...
Pending an injury update tomorrow, it looks as though we may only have one injured player in the form of Jack Young as Josh Taylor and Dan Pybus are expected to be available once again. Matt Briggs serves the second game of his three match suspension.
Predictions:
Weymouth 1-4 Dorking (Rutherford x 2, Carter, Muitt)
872 att. (164 away)
Foulkes
Camp Craig Milsom
Muitt Gallagher McManus Norville-Williams
Carter
Prior Rutherford
Subs: Brooking, Francomb, Williams, J.Taylor, Murphy
Great away win. Much the better team and should have been more comfortable. But what a strike from Murphy! He should have more minutes when fit. Morgan Williams again outstanding in midfield. And Josh Taylor looked very good when he came on. More of the same on Saturday!
I really enjoyed the game too, as much as it's nice to dominate like the big margins at Chesham and Chelmsford, ones where we've had to fight hard for it like yesterday (and the 4-3 at Farnborough) are much more fun!

Brilliant support, yet again! Noise second half was so good, no doubt helped by the free flowing beer on the terrace!
Big big plus was Josh Taylor - already looks like he's back to his best.
Gutted , to have missed this one
Just a question/comment - Rhys Murphy - clearly the glimpses we have seen of him, he does look a class operator and clearly from a couple of videos of Marc like all of us so disappointed we haven't seen more of him! But do we know if he has been doing any coaching in the Academy he's such a natural forward and clearly been coached at the highest of levels, just wondering if he is sharing some of his knowledge of the game with the next generation?
I don't think he would have been involved in any coaching, although Bobby-Joe Taylor does.
Murphy is absolute class, just cannot play a large amount, so has to be used sparingly when needed

I thought Josh looked brilliant, and was very happy to see him get basically the whole 2nd half.
Bit weird that 24% of Weymouth's league goals have been against Dorking!
Not a game of massive quality but ultimately it wasn't as close as the scoreline suggested. Weymouth really only had a 10-15 min spell after half time in the whole match. That being said, they did look a better side than their league table position suggests. Not sure how that second goal stood as it was clear that it was handball from where we were behind the opposite goal.
The lack of wide players in the squad hurt us as we looked a lot less balanced without Muitt, Briggs, etc. Great to see Josh Taylor back and playing well, he has been a big miss. Will be interesting to see how we get him in the side with Williams, Young and Carter though. Also hard to leave out Gallagher as he was excellent on Saturday.
Some stats:
Possession: Weymouth 39% - 61% Dorking
xG: Weymouth 0.50 - 1.70 Dorking
Shots (On Target): Weymouth 9 (3) - 15 (4)
Top Performer: Alfie Rutherford / Brennan Camp [7.5]
I was wondering the same @TomCalvert with the midfield suddenly looking full to bursting. A midfield of Williams or Young, Pybus and Taylor seems well balanced, so maybe Charlie goes up top with Alfie or Jason, with Murphy as super sub.
Dan G is risky to start with his booking record, but a good sub for anyone across the back when needed.
Width back at the weekend should help with the shots on target, which have been low at home lately.
