So many permutations...

Win at Worthing, then we could be anywhere between 1st and 3rd going into the last day

Draw at Worthing, then we could realistically be anywhere between 2nd and 6th going into the last day.

Lose at Worthing and it's guaranteed play-offs (cannot finish 1st or 8th)

No reported injuries going into the Worthing game.

@calvertskans I have a strong feeling that's not intentional.

I don't think this is helped by Tony Craig's distribution lately. Not sure if others have noticed but lumping it forward when under a little pressure has become more commonplace. Still an excellent defender, of course, but playing out from the back used to be our thing.

I would say that in those last 8 games, we've only played on a good pitch once (away at Boreham Wood). Maybe you could argue Maidstone away as well. The rest have either been crap plastic pitches like ours (I thought the Worthing pitch was awful as well) or very dry, bobbly ones like St Albans/Bath.

Makes playing out from the back and keeping the ball a bit harder.
