@calvertskans After the first postponement in October. It took a few emails and tweets before i got my ticket money refunded. They do seem to be a bit slow at their end answering supporter queries

Had an emailed reply from Alty and a refund being processed email. The email did say new tickets would also be sent by email but haven't had those yet, so I have sent a chaser for those. Getting there.
