State pension age is 66 these days? So I'm guessing most 60-65's would still be in work but get a little discount which is nice for that age bracket?
However I personally think over state pension age (ie 66+) and it should be a bit more of a reduction than £2 though.
I did see Boreham Wood offer free season tickets to over 70s which is really decent.
